Trish founded Eliciting Insights in 2015 to bring quality market feedback to healthcare companies. Trish is committed to helping companies identify and translate customer pain points into actionable solution roadmaps that generate high revenue while preserving budget dollars.
Prior to Eliciting Insights, Trish ran Product Management at Trizetto Provider Solutions, where she was responsible for all RCM products and services, including new solution development and operationalizing new product ideas for hospitals and physicians. Prior to Trizetto, Trish worked to help hospitals increase revenue while at Accretive Health (now R1). Trish has also worked in product development at Cigna to create patient payment solutions. Trish began her career at the Federal Reserve where she helped spearhead a strategic payments research group.
Trish has a BS in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Marketing, Finance and Entrepreneurship.
Jackie is committed to providing firms with fact-based detailed market sizing to inform strategic planning and works closely with corporate strategy teams to identify strategic partnerships and/or acquisition targets.
Prior to Eliciting Insights, Jackie ran Solution Management for Trizetto Provider Solutions where she was responsible for competitive intelligence and market research, business case development, new solution acquisition, regulatory compliance, and products that connected payers and providers. Earlier in her career, Jackie worked in strategic marketing and M&A at the data analytics firm Verisk Health (now Cotiviti) building new product strategy and sourcing platforms and partnerships.
Jackie got her start in healthcare at Boston-area hospitals through Boston University and the National Institute for Health doing research with the Framingham Heart Study.
Jackie has a BS in Neuroscience from Trinity College and an MPH with concentrations in healthcare management and statistics from Boston University.
Charlotte is a lead market research consultant and maintains Eliciting Insights’ proprietary healthcare panel. She has been working in healthcare technology in many different roles. Prior to Eliciting Insights Charlotte was a product executive at Trizetto Provider Solutions where she developed product roadmaps based on market needs and translated those requirements into technology solutions, while managing the execution and roll out of new solutions. Charlotte has extensive experience working with marketing and sales on pricing and positioning. Additionally, Charlotte was instrumental to the development and implementation of product line P&Ls. Charlotte has a BA in Business from Truman State University.
Leslie Zacks brings strategy and management expertise to companies striving to improve their portfolio management discipline and overall product performance. After having established her product management methodology in the trenches of Silicon Valley in the early 2000’s, Leslie made the leap to healthcare with product leadership roles focused on portfolio management, innovation pipeline development, new product development and commercialization. Her teams have consistently launched new products into health systems and commercial channels that have exceeded expectations in organic growth in areas focused on clinical decision support, clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
Leslie has a depth of healthcare experience including Elsevier, HCPro, Wolters Kluwer Clinical Decision Support, MCKesson/Allscrips, FinThrive and Signify Health. No stranger to the start-up environment, she has also worked with several early-stage companies, focusing on product and investment management to ensure the longest possible runway for companies to achieve critical revenue success.

Patrick Hurley is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience spanning B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environments across technology and digital health sectors. With leadership roles at both Fortune 500 companies and lean startups, Patrick has consistently driven growth through innovative marketing strategies that have generated meaningful revenue impact.
Patrick’s career includes leadership positions at digital health and technology companies including SteadyMD, CirrusMD, Myndshft Technologies, PokitDok, and Citrix Systems. His early career included senior marketing roles at pioneering news and entertainment brand, Salon.com and agency leadership roles at renowned firms J. Walter Thompson and Hal Riney & Partners, where he managed brands including Harley-Davidson, Sprint, and Motorola.
Patrick earned his BA in Communication from Marquette University, graduating Cum Laude. He holds healthcare certifications from leading institutions including the University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers University, and Northeastern University.
