We surveyed 117 health system executives on AI adoption in 2025. Health systems appeared to be moving beyond the hype of AI and were starting to realize tangible benefits. Our research showed significant implementation rates across various AI applications, with clinical note taking adoption at 42%, and several other applications with implementation rates north of 20%.
